Design Defect

Design Defect

A design defect is a flaw in a product regarding the way it was designed, making that product unreasonably dangerous to consumers. Design defects often serve as the basis for a products liability or defective products lawsuit.  If a product has a design defect, all products of the same type may have the same defect. Some examples of design defect cases are dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, automotive defects, or even defective products at the workplace. If you, or a loved one, has experienced a design defect, and your life has been affected physically, emotionally, and financially, contact the Kennedy Legal Team for a free consultation.
